NED ANTHONY JOINS EXPANDED PRO ALLOYS RACING LINE-UP
Ned Anthony will return to the MINI CHALLENGE for a second season in 2026 after agreeing a deal to join forces with the Pro Alloys Racing squad.
The 20-year-old made his debut in the series last year with Amigo Motorsport, marking a huge step up from the C1 Racing Cup where he had raced in 2024.
Despite limited pre-season testing, Anthony picked up a top ten finish on his series debut at Donington Park and would go on to bag a further six top ten results over the course of the campaign.
That included a best finish of sixth at Oulton Park, where he also scored the Rookie Cup win in difficult wet conditions.
After the challenge of running as a single car entrant across his first season in the series, Anthony will now line up as part of an expanded Pro Alloys Racing line-up as the team also embarks on its second season as part of the grid.
Anthony will join 2025 runner-up Max Edmundson and MINI CHALLENGE returnee Sam Gornall in the multi-car line-up, with further announcements still to come.
“I’m super excited to get down to business with another season at the wheel of the JCW car,” Anthony said.
“Last year was a bit step up for me and I was able to learn a huge amount, although I know there is still plenty more to learn going into 2026.
“Having picked up some solid results last year, I want to take a step forwards and regularly fight inside the top ten, and I feel optimistic about some good results.
“There will be changes to adapt to with a new team but it promises to be an interesting year.”
Team manager Neil Greenland said the team was excited to see what Anthony could achieve in his second season on the grid.
“Ned had very limited experience when he joined the grid last season but we were impressed with how he approached the challenge and could see his potential,” he said.
“With our support and the benefit of having team-mates to work with, we are confident that he will be able to make progress up the grid this season and are excited to see what he can achieve.”
