MINI CHALLENGE UK OFFICIAL ESERIES ANNOUNCE £20,000 IN PRIZES AND MSL MOTORSPORT CONSULTANCY PARTNERSHIP

The MINI CHALLENGE UK Official eSeries has today announced a prize pool for its inaugural Spring / Summer season in excess of £20,000 as well as MSL Motorsport Consultancy as it’s main prize sponsor. MSL Motorsport Consultancy have sponsored the top prize of a Virtual Reality Racing Club VRRC Sim Race Pro Simulator valued at £9,995. Prizes are as follows (Available to UK mainland only):

The sim racer category is subject to conditions, over 17’s with a drivers licence or over 16 with a race licence.

Every driver entered that competes in all rounds will receive an NGK remote control car.

In addition, the same MINI CHALLENGE trophies used by the real-world series will be given to the following:

Each round:

  • 1st place MINI CHALLENGE / Real World Driver
  • 1st place Sim Racer Driver

Championship:

  • 1st overall
  • 1st Sim Racer and 1st MINI CHALLENGE / Real World Driver

Antony Williams, MINI CHALLENGE UK Championship Director added “The latest prize announcements add even more credibility to the MINI CHALLENGE UK inaugural Spring-Summer eSeries with approaching 20 entrants already registered. This sets the scene for our plans for future seasons of eRacing in Autumn-Winter 2020 and thereafter.”

Entries are still open via the MINI CHALLENGE UK Official eSeries website and will close at 5pm, Friday 8th May before the first round at Donington Park on the 23rd May. A full season entry cost is £350 inc VAT. MINI CHALLENGE UK drivers will be able to utilise their own livery during the eSeries to promote their sponsors via the live stream on the MINI CHALLENGE UK YouTube and Facebook pages.

Commentary for the live stream will be provided by MINI CHALLENGE UK and ITV4 regular Richard John Neil. Richard has asked for a donation to be made to the NHS Charities, £50 will be donated per round. On top of this each entry into the championship will provide a £5 donation per round to NHS Charities, on current entries this will see the MINI CHALLENGE UK Official eSeries raise over £1000.
