Quaife Engineering was established in 1965 by Rod Quaife, and began by manufacturing gearkits for Norton & Triumph motorcycles.
Since then Quaife has expanded in terms of both size and product range; now manufacturing high quality, affordable motorsport and automotive components in-house at our Sevenoaks head office and our Gillingham factory, catering for a broad range of 2 and 4 wheel applications, including supplying many OE vehicle manufacturers.
Motorsport is central to Quaife’s DNA, with an active and ongoing customer base across all levels and disciplines. The competitive nature of the sport drives the majority of our innovation and development of new products. This continued development, combined with creative thinking and a desire to improve, enables us to offer a precision engineered, high performance end product that is outstanding value for money.
Highlights of Quaife’s extensive product range include the proven QBE60G 6-speed sequential gearbox, which has sold over 1000 units, the 750bhp rated QBE69G 6-speed sequential gearbox, and of course the world famous ATB differential, which has transformed the handling of countless road and race cars, and has been fitted as a factory specification in many production road cars, most notably the renowned Mk1 Ford Focus RS.
Today Quaife Engineering is a global leader in the performance automotive drivetrain industry; continuing to supply motorsport users, volume OEM and commercial customers with a wide variety of precision engineered products for cars, motorcycles and other specialist use vehicles.
New for 2015 is a range of 22 brand new sequential gearboxes, which pushes the boundaries of design and innovation by providing a 6 or 8-speed sequential transmission solution in a much smaller and lighter package.
We are proud to be supplying the new F56 Mini Challenge cars with these brand new gearboxes.
